Summer holidays might be off the table for many this year, but with pop-up beaches, cocktail festivals and even a Dior-themed restaurant, you don’t need to leave the city to get the holiday vibe.

Every year, pop-up bars and restaurants make up a key part of London’s food and drink scene, and after coronavirus restrictions cancelled the 2020 summer season, this year’s temporary venues look to be bigger and better than ever.

As well as some returning favourites, there are also a variety of brand new pop-ups and residencies to get excited about.
