Millions of rugby fans will be tuning in to see the Six Nations kick off this year from the comfort of their own homes.
As games will be starting on Saturday, Aldi is helping to make sure shoppers have all they need to get the match day experience indoors.
The supermarket chain is selling everything from burgers, beers, snacks and even a rugby ball, all for less than £10.
Back in time for the games is Aldi’s fan favourite Wagyu Beef Burger (£3.29), which offers 100% British Wagyu beef without the hefty price tag.
It can be paired with oozy melted cheese and a brioche bun to provide the perfect half time chow down.
But as with all of the supermarket’s Specialbuys, once they’re gone, they’re gone. Meaning you’ll need to be quick if you don’t want to miss out.
If burgers aren’t your thing, Aldi is also selling Red Leicester Sausages (£1.99 for a six-pack) as part of its fresh weekly meat offers. Top with Specially Selected Caramelised Red Onion Chutney (£0.99) or a dollop of mustard for a tasty match day snack.
Need something to wash it down? The chain has a huge selection of beers for the games, including Harpers American IPA (£1.09) – a tropical premium beer that goes perfectly with a cheesy burger.
There’s also Aldi’s Rheinbacher German Pilsner (99p) which is another great value addition for the rugby watching season. It boasts a light, refreshing taste and classic, hoppy notes.
And if you’d prefer for a booze-free beverage, go for Aldi’s 0% Sainte Etienne Lager (89p) for an alcohol-free lager that still packs a punch in taste and refreshment.
For those peckish moments, Aldi’s Specially Selected Sriracha Tortilla Chips (85p) or Specially Selected Hand Cooked Crisps (69p) – in variations including Mature Cheddar and Red Onion and Sea Salt and Chardonnay Vinegar – are satisfying snacks.
Throw in the official 6 Nations Midi Rugby Ball (£4.99) to complete the festivities. Hand stitched and printed with the official Six Nations logo, it’s a must for any rugby fan.
