3 Officina 00’s Easter at-Home Feast
Head chef Elia Sebregondi and the team at Officina 00 have created a cook-at-home Easter feast combining dishes typical of an Italian celebration. The menu starts with a Castatiello (a ring-shaped stuffed bread, traditionally made on Good Friday) with burrata and broad beans, followed by lasagne Emilia and a ragu bolognese. The main event is lamb cutlets with rosemary and confit garlic butter served alongside roasted potatoes, artichokes and a green salad. 4 Bocca di Lupo’s Easter Feast
Soho favourite Bocca di Lupo has created an Easter feast inspired by spring’s bounty, along with a bottle of Lambrusco (which is experiencing a comeback, don’t you know?). The four-course menu starts with homemade Coppa (cured pork neck) with peas and pecorino, followed by Orzotto with braised ‘Easter Bunny’ and wild garlic. The main event is a honey marinated boneless leg of lamb, garlic and rosemary along with roast potatoes, onions and roman and lemon dressing. 5 Townsend’s Easter Feast
Townsend’s Easter Feast begins with starters to share including soda bread with Paddock Farm pork rillette, goats curd and spiced walnuts along with Townsend seasonal pickles and ferments. 6 The Gladwin Brothers’ Easter Farm-to-Fork Feast
The Gladwin Brothers’ Easter farm-to-fork feast, put together with locally and sustainably sourced produce, includes a beautiful oven-ready lamb Wellington.
