Easy Key Lime Pie Recipe

This No-Bake Key Lime Pie is ridiculously easy to make and tastes great! The best part of the recipe is that there are only 4 ingredients – graham cracker crust, cool whip, sweetened condensed milk, and key lime juice. That is it! The pie takes a few hours to set up. I have to confess; it was incredibly hard to wait! Once we could finally taste it, we loved it!  It is so light and has just the right amount of lime flavor.

How to Make No-Bake Key Lime Pie

As I said, this dessert is super simple to make. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together milk and key lime juice. Carefully stir in a tub of cool-whip. Pour the mixture into a prepared graham cracker pie crust and chill for a few hours to overnight. Cut into slices and enjoy.

  • If you want the pie to be green, add a few drops of green food coloring.
  • We topped this pie with some whipped cream and lime zest. You can also use cool whip. Either way, I promise it will taste delicious!
  • You can substitute regular lime juice for the key lime juice if you prefer.
  • You can use a store-bought or homemade graham cracker crust.
  • The pie will keep in the refrigerator for about a week.
  • Can No-Bake Key Lime Pie be frozen? Yes! When ready to serve, remove the pie from the freezer and let thaw. Top with the pie the topping of your choice before serving.
  • Store leftovers covered in the fridge.
