A new food items hall in Higher Avenue declared its line-up of cooks in advance of its opening in August.
Periods, in the former Rodizio Rico, opposite Islington Green, will be a “hybrid” restaurant with menus designed for shipping and delivery and in-dwelling eating by rotating cooks for a minimal time.
