  • Dice the onion and garlic.

  • In a medium casserole, sauté the veggies with extra virgin olive oil and bay leaves.

  • Once the garlic & onion are caramelized, increase the seafood and permit it cook for a couple of minutes.

  • Get rid of the seafood from the casserole, sauté the rice, integrate the tomato paste and the veggie broth and cook dinner for 8 minutes.
