The London Dry gin has a bigger ABV (alcohol by quantity) than the new American gin, 47% to the latter’s 40%. Mleziva describes “juniper and lemon, awesome vibrant notes. It is absolutely a departure from our latest gin, but it even now has that softness from the wheat and barley base we create in-dwelling.”
Want to style the distinction? Try out the London Dry in a dry martini, a Negroni (gin, Campari and vermouth) or a Tom Collins (in essence a glowing lemonade with gin).
“The greater ABV permits it to stand up and stand out actually nicely,” Mleziva mentioned.
At the tasting home this Friday, all of the classic cocktails will transfer to the London Dry gin, as a way of introducing it. In the slide, bar supervisor and spirits ambassador Mike McDonald will include some original cocktails to the menu, using the London Dry.

With its reopened tasting home and freshly expanded patio, State Line has expanded its hrs. Monday is services industry night time, with discounted drinks for marketplace buddies. Tuesday via Thursday it is “happy hour all night.” They are preparing pop-ups with No Coast Creamery and community food stuff carts.
